This watercolor study explores a small river as it moves through a quiet, green landscape.
This piece was part of my process of learning and becoming more comfortable with watercolor. I focused on understanding how the medium behaves. How water carries pigment, how colors blend and soften, and how to build depth while keeping a light, fluid touch.
The composition is intentionally simple, allowing space to explore movement, color transitions, and the natural flow of water. It serves as a foundation for future work where these elements become part of more detailed illustrations.
