SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Original art & prints are carefully packaged and sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Prints are professionally printed to order – please allow approx. 3 weeks for delivery.
Returning a print
I hope that you love your new art! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original condition & original packaging
In order to receive a full refund, the work must be returned and received in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for your order. Payments and refunds are made in US dollars. I cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations on international purchases. Shipping charges are non refundable except in cases where the item is found to be damaged.
In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please contact me directly to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged work. Damaged items will be replaced, not refunded and must be returned before a replacement item can be shipped out to you. Before a refund is issued you may be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes, so please don’t throw away the items or packaging!
Cancelling or returning commissioned art
A photograph of the finished artwork will be sent for approval before it is packaged and shipped. Changes cannot be made to the portrait at this point. Commissioned artwork is non-refundable.
